Ford Dev & Design researched, wrote and designed Lily Hall‘s offering memorandum for Stahlman Investments to secure investor funding for a Pensacola, FL development project. Adobe Acrobat, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop were used in building the document that led to banks investing more funds than planned into the lodging project.
