Alzheimer’s Association Cognitive Assessment and Care Plan Services presentation design was produced by Ford Dev & Design to educate family and patients about the condition and the care services the association provides. Using Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and established brand guides the presentation featured infographic and iconography to communicate stats and services.
